Potter Greens, nestled within the Lewis Farms Area Structure Plan, occupies the southeast corner of the ASP. The Anthony Henday Drive offers convenient access along the eastern border, connecting residents to various parts of the city. With boundaries defined by 87th Avenue to the north, 207th Street to the west, and 79th Avenue to the south, the neighborhood is strategically positioned. Residential development, initiated in the 1990s and ongoing into the 2000s, primarily consists of low-density single-detached and semi-detached housing. Designed with community needs in mind, Potter Greens integrates a school site and park, enhancing its appeal as a family-friendly locale. Named after Sam Potter, an esteemed pioneer known for his dairy business, Potter Greens reflects a legacy of community-minded individuals shaping Edmonton’s landscape.
