Having lived in Calgary for most of his life, Liviu possesses a deep understanding of the city's neighbourhoods, homes, and vibrant communities. His local knowledge, coupled with his experience, allows him to offer valuable insights and represent the city with integrity and excellence.
Before transitioning to real estate, Liviu worked hands-on in construction, managing crews for commercial builds and contributing to residential projects. This experience gives him a unique perspective on the real estate market, enhancing his ability to serve his clients. He is also pursuing a degree in Sociology, which deepens his understanding of his clients' diverse needs and motivations.
Originally from Moldova, Liviu brings a global outlook to his work and is fluent in Romanian, with the ability to communicate in Russian. He also cherishes Alberta’s natural beauty, enjoying backpacking, hiking, camping, and swimming in the lakes and hot springs of the Rockies—an appreciation for nature that shapes his approach to real estate.
